Who is e Consulting and Engineering?

My name is Tom Castor.  I worked in the regulated energy business for over 40 years. During the course of my work I had varied duties. In Marketing & Customer Services I called on manufacturers, advising them of ways to conserve energy and to lower energy cost, I suggested more efficient technologies which enhanced the value of the energy they purchased, verified accuracy of energy bills, recommended changes in the delivery of energy to reduce cost and provided other services to my customers which brought more dollars to their bottom line.  Working in internal engineering companies I performing marketing, strategic planning and contract management.  As operations manager in a testing company I choose software and directed implementation, developed policy, was responsible for crews and environmental testing project completion as well as strategy development and forecasting. In general management duties I led the development and implementation of the Key Account Management program, teamed with Transmission and Distribution to form a power quality organization to assist customers who were installing solid state manufacturing equipment at sites powered by an electro-mechanical distribution system, and worked in many other customer support areas.
